Will perform maintenance of software and correct defects that have been identified during the maintenance process.Will analyze and investigate problems with software solutions that have been reported by clients and document the results of their investigation(s). Will work with vendors to implement and maintain software based on the technical specifications.Will interpret written requirements and technical specifications for software solutions to business problems.Will be the point of contact for all technical support issues including, but not limited to installation/patch/upgrade, configuration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, case escalation, case management and problem resolution of assigned security technologies.
